Moving company reviews in Tallahassee

“Great experience with these movers. Very punctual, friendly, professional and efficient. They had everything done in 15 mins. Met or exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend.”

“From start to finish, it was a smooth transaction with friendly/ professional communication. The gentlemen were able to pick up and install the item into my home within ten minutes. I have never been so pleased with the overall service and efficiency of a moving service and definitely will use them in the future.”

“Delivery team was very professional. They notified me multiple times on the day of delivery, including letting me know when they were 15 minutes from my home. This was perfect as I had multiple deliveries and projects going on. When they arrived they were friendly and efficient. And even though the shipping was marked as curbside delivery, they placed the box in my garage. I recently had arm surgery, and this was a large, heavy box. I would have been able to place it in the garage, but they made things so much easier for me! Extremely pleased with the experience!”

“The guys delivered on time and were happy and friendly”

“We had the team over for a pickup and they were wildly efficient, extremely professional, and literally handled the end to end process perfectly. Couldn’t recommend the team higher and would 10/10 give them a call again for any delivery or logistics processes going forward.”

“Erik and Ana made moving my senior Mom (twice) and all her belongings painless. From packing and protecting her treasured items, to ease of scheduling and reasonable cost, Serna Elite Movers were top notch. My Mom and I were very pleased with this experience. It's a rare quality to see a business these days go the extra mile, but Erik and Ana absolutely do. Thanks again for making this move a breeze. If there is another move in my future, you will be my only call.”

“SERNA helped pick up three very large pieces of furniture from 2 different locations and delivered it to my home with care! They arrived on time, worked quickly and efficiently, and carried themselves in a very professional and pleasant manner. I’ve dealt with “big name” movers in the past to great disappointment, but with SERNA, I had a COMPLETELY different experience! Will be using them again for future moves.”

“YOU will not be disappointed! They are so kind and considerate on a personal level. They exceeded my expectations! They are efficient and fairly priced. I felt like they're my family!
I moved from Roswell, GA to NW Iowa. They moved a 2,600 square foot house in less then 3 hours. They took the time to wrap everything thing or boxed my tvs and giant artwork.
So polite, courtesy, efficient, trustworthy and professional!!”

“SERNA Elite Movers would be anyone’s most professional encounter, I used SERNA Elite Movers for hopefully the last move of my life & if it hadn’t been for SERNA Elite Movers I would be near dead, I wasn’t ready on my end prepared for our move date but they just kicked it up to another level & made everything happen like I planned & hope for success in my move. Sincerely you couldn’t go wrong contracting SERNA ELITE MOVERS for moving or anything just ask & they might even can help with skills that I didn’t ask them for help.”

“Erik and his teammate were the most professional and efficient moving team I’ve ever used. HIGHLY recommend!”

“SERNA was so incredibly helpful and I could not have gone through this move without their help. They were so responsive and easy to communicate with and helped me take loads of items to long-term storage, move into a rental and drop off items at donation for me. They have helped me three times alone with this move, and I will absolutely be using them when we move back into our house after our renovation. They were very careful with all of my items and helped package several things for me when it came down to the wire. They also moved T a great pace. I was shocked at what we could get done in four hours! I highly recommend!”
