“Well unfortunately after trying to resolve the damage this companies guys cause by dropping both couches off of the truck the owner Mac said ( are you really wanting to be reimbursed) it cost $500.00 to repair and clean the furniture. Something is sketchy with this company they are hiding at Mac’s house now which you cannot locate in dade city. They are the worst! The owner said he didn’t own the company that his said his son did when I called him he laughed and said his father owned it. I have a lawyer now and I am willing to pay them to call this company out for who they really are in the moving business!!”

Scheduled a move 3 weeks in advance for Friday April 29 for 4pm, the office called me at 5 to see if could reschedule the move for the following morning, only for them not to show up and to block my phone number. They did eventually send a text to my husbands phone saying they could not do the move. 100% unprofessional, 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND”

My wife and I were looking to relocate to the area and they took the time to meet with us, find out exactly what we wanted / were looking for and helped us really understand the different neighborhoods and top areas of interest. We came down for a long weekend to house hunt and explore neighborhoods and they had prepared an entire itinerary for us. Nicole spent one of the days taking us on house tours and driving around different neighborhoods which helped so much. After we found a place they continued to help us navigate until everything was finalized. They were transformational in our relocation and I would highly recommend them to anyone.”

(They did an amazing job during the first move as well!) I needed help with a last minute move and his team was able to help us out. We needed to load a Uhaul truck and shuttle all the contents to a 18 wheeler truck. It was a big job and Stars and Stripes did a wonderful job of getting it done efficiently. We drove past homes and through neighborhoods that I had earmarked in my online searches. Nicole was so friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. So happy I met her and found out about their services.”

“In Sept I scheduled an in house estimate from A&M Friendly movers and Tron came out, went through every room in the 2300SF house including garage. Move was scheduled for 9/29/22 but was delayed due to Hurricane Ian. One 26' truck arrived on 9/30 and even the movers called supervisor saying one truck not enough. They decided to move forward, taking 7 hours and leaving enough stuff that I had to return the next day with a rental cargo van and friend with pickup truck and trailer. At the time of the move, the electric and well water pump were off. The washer and dryer were disconnected by 2 of the movers and placed in the trailer, As I came to find out the following day, they failed to turn off the water valves! When arriving to finish up the move, I found the entire house was flooded!! Water restoration service was immediately contacted for cleanup. Calls and texts to Tron and owner were ignored. New owner called them and they denied any responsibility and have refused any efforts to pay up. Expenses to restore the home totaled $17,095 in additional my computer and some personal items were damaged due to the flood. It is my intent to pursue legal action for negligence since they refuse to respond. They were no more "Friendly".”

“It’s been tough relocating to Florida and shuffling things around from storage to my place and back to storage again. Tyler has accommodated me every time on short notice and his men are the greatest hard workers. One little mishap due to a moving pad catching on a brass trimmed glass door but his mover ya ya is going to personally fix it for me. These guys are great. I had ya ya and Tyler and would recommend them to anyone.”

“! I did my due diligence and had five moving companies give me estimates to move from central Florida To Mountain City Tennessee. I quickly realized that consumers are at the mercy of the unscrupulous movers. An industry where misinformation, deception and down right dishonesty is all too common. Platinum representative Kris Chavez came to my home and was polite, knowledgeable and most importantly reassuring. He looked over what we had to move and estimated the weight to be 14,000 lbs. (final actual weight 13,800). I explained to Kris my reluctance to sign with a moving company. Instead of defending the moving industry he said that I was right and he understood how I felt. I decided to sign with Platinum Relocations in early October. I contacted Kris numerous times prior to my actual move to ask questions, to clarify contents of the estimate and for reassurance that they would treat me fairly. Each time Kris was always polite, understanding and again, reassuring. On the day of the move, movers showed up on time and loaded quickly. They arrived as promised with all our belongings and actually lowered my quoted price due to the lower weight. The team that unloaded was the best. Hard workers, careful and polite. I would recommend Platinum Relocations to my friends and family. They treated me right and did't try to take advantage. I have authorized Platinum to give my phone number to anyone trying to decide on a moving company. Platinum Relocations did right by me!”

It was a 2 part move; half going to one location and half going to storage. They were extremely accommodating and understanding of everything. Great company to work with.
