Relocate Tampa Bay

Relocate Tampa Bay not only excels at the relocation process but builds a foundation for your new home. Nicole Mulrooney is considerate, engaged, attentive, and detail-oriented. My daughter recently relocated to Tampa for a postdoctoral fellowship at Moffitt Cancer Center. After realizing the search is wide, we came upon Relocate Tampa Bay’s website. Nicole immediately reached back out to our request, established communication, and sent an initial questionnaire form. I felt like it truly gave my daughter the opportunity to think through and share her wants, needs, and desires to guide the rental search. We narrowed down a thorough list of rental properties/areas with Nicole’s prompt responses to our many questions! Upon our first trip to Tampa, Nicole met us with appointment schedules and provided time to reflect and discuss in order to finalize our search. Her knowledge of the Tampa area is truly invaluable. She quickly made us feel comfortable to have open conversations on the best fit for a new home. Words cannot express how fortunate we feel to have met Nicole, benefit from her local expertise, and establish a foundation for the future in Tampa! Sharon and Kathryn K

Nicole helped me find the best apartment for me. She is so friendly, knowledgeable, and stops at nothing to help you find you what you are looking for!

It was truly a pleasure working with your company, your professionalism and warmth made the whole process smooth and enjoyable for our family.

Nicole and Liina are phenomenal to work with. My wife and I were looking to relocate to the area and they took the time to meet with us, find out exactly what we wanted / were looking for and helped us really understand the different neighborhoods and top areas of interest. We came down for a long weekend to house hunt and explore neighborhoods and they had prepared an entire itinerary for us. Nicole spent one of the days taking us on house tours and driving around different neighborhoods which helped so much. After we found a place they continued to help us navigate until everything was finalized. They were transformational in our relocation and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Nicole and Liina are fantastic. They learned what is important to our family and then tailored suggestions on schools and neighborhoods. This helped us have a great understanding of what life would be like in Tampa in just a short visit. Subsequently, they responded very quickly and in detail to any follow up questions we had. We greatly appreciate their help.

I currently live in Orlando and was considering a move to Tampa. Nicole was amazing!! She totally drove me around to all the areas that seemed to fit what I told her I was looking for. She even added/introduced me to a few areas/neighborhoods that she thought would interest me based on our initial interview. We drove past homes and through neighborhoods that I had earmarked in my online searches. Nicole was so friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. So happy I met her and found out about their services.
