“For the 18th time in 36 years I had Lawrence Transportation Systems handle a move for me/family member. As always, the entire move was handled professionally. Robin Holcomb, Move Coordinator, provided an estimate promptly and was extremely courteous and friendly. She and others in the organization communicated with me before, during and after the move to inform me of the schedule and the name of my driver and to check on the progress of the move and my satisfaction afterwards. Shawn, the driver, and his crew, Nay and Adrian, arrived on time and immediately went to work, laying down rug runners to protect my floors and padding all of the furniture. Not once did they stop for a break. Kudos to Lawrence for another job well-done!”

“This man is a PREDATOR Seth assured me on June 17 that if I let him know within the next week if my house sale didn’t go through that he’d either return my $350 deposit for a move 5 WEEKS out (July 23) or apply it when I did move, whichever I chose. I let him know FIVE DAYS later on June 21 that my house sale fell through. He did not respond and blocked me and in the weeks since has not responded until I posted this review. It is untrue what he writes in his response, that “we” (I only communicated with him) “were specific with you that the deposit was final” (my text chain demonstrates otherwise, plus what kind of decent person would block a client and refuse to respond?). I told Seth that I’m a single woman who was heading into surgery (on that day he reached out and suggested full payment even though my move was contingent on house sale and he never sent the promised contract). What a terrible way to treat anyone! So upsetting. 😭”

“WORST moving experience - Unsafe and Unprofessional I hired this company expecting care and professionalism, but what I got was the opposite. The owner, Seth Patterson, promised items would be wrapped and protected. Instead, he charged extra for wrap that was never used. Our belongings were damaged, left behind, and thrown into a storage unit that looked like a dangerous game of Jenga—heavy outdoor furniture stacked on fragile boxes, many labeled “fragile” and “heavy,” upside down and sideways. Dirty outdoor equipment was placed on top of a clean white couch that was supposed to be wrapped but wasn’t. To make matters worse, I had to spend my own time rearranging and clearing the front of the storage unit, even moving items into another unit because it was so dangerously packed it couldn’t stay that way for months. I hired someone to care for my items, but they were treated like trash—and then I had to waste time I paid for just sorting through what I could reach. When I complained, Seth completely ghosted me, ignored all issues, and broke the contract. We are now pursuing legal action. Bottom line: Do not trust this company. They are careless, dishonest, and unresponsive.”
