Best moving service ever! (I’ve contracted with more than a dozen over the years.) Called at 5:05 pm, was surprised when a real person - Nicole - picked up. She cheerfully and patiently answered all my question, and said I’d hear from someone soon about a walk-through and estimate. Got a visit early afternoon, had a quote within 1 hour. (Quotes from the other 2 moving companies I contacted took 2 days and 4 days.) The price was WAY lower than the other companies — for a work crew of 4 guys!! — so it was a no-brainer. I was immediately sent a link to an online booking form, which was clear and easy to fill out, and got an immediate confirmation by both text and email. Great communication, too. The crew chief, Al, called at 8:30 am the morning of the move to touch base and let me know they would soon be on their way, then called again when they were 5 minutes out. Once at the house, Al walked through all the rooms with me to verify what was being moved, then huddled with his crew and got to work. A loading job I thought would take 4+ hours took about 2. Amazing pro-level hustle. The service was great on the other end, as well. Done in half the time I estimated. The end result was a final price that was quite a bit lower than the quote — which was a first in all my years of moving. I happily signed off on the work and price, tipped the guys generously, and later told the owner it was indeed A-1 service. My 3 cents: Don’t bother to call anyone else for moves in San Diego County. (I since found out the company can also handle moves to and from Las Vegas, and recently added packing pod drops, pickups, rentals + storage options to its services.)

I would usually never recommend a moving company because I've never had a good experience until I used A1. Chris and his team are the best. They arrived when they said they would and did a great job. They took great care with all our belongings and I would definitely use them again!

I have used A1 Movers twice now and I cannot say enough great things about them & Chris. So nice - so friendly - easy to communicate with - easy to schedule with - easy to confirm with - and hands down the FASTEST movers in Los Angeles.<br><br>It's shocking how fast they can move all of your belongings out of one place and into another. I have used other movers before and none of them have come close to how quick A1 movers move. Definitely give them a try!

I had a fantastic experience with this moving company! I called them last minute, and they were able to come out the very next day. They worked quickly, accommodated my requested time with no issues, and made the unit transfer so smooth. Highly recommend their amazing service!

I've used A1 many times over the last 8 years, including homes to apartments. The staff is amazing. I don't even shop for moving anymore. They offer reasonable prices, but outstanding service. You literally could do nothing and they will do it all for you or finish up the packing the leftovers. They bring all the materials and move fast. Very fast. I won't use another mover.
