Movers moved quickly and treated my items with care. However, I do recommend more thorough onboarding of new customers and what to expect on days leading up to and day of service so that everything is clear for the customer. Moving is a lot and you are constantly reading and signing things, so it is easy to overlook, forget, or misunderstand things you’ve read. Actual conversations are better. I had to reach out to clarify a few things, it would have been nice for someone to have given me a call even with the process being fully online/via text. All in all, the service was smooth and I am pleased!
