Choosing company to move your personal effects is a huge challenge. You never know exactly what you’re gonna get, even when you read reviews. However, I really can’t say enough about the experience that we had with this company. From the pre-packout survey through the completion of the move, the process was professional, customer, service- oriented, responsive, and kind. The combination of using technical support and human support was the perfect balance. When I needed to do the inventory, the website made it very easy, but it was also quick to get a human being on the other end to respond. This company treats the move with a level of sensitivity and care, one would reserve for their own belongings. Very grateful for their help and support and would highly recommend their services.
