I had an excellent experience with Advantage Moving and Storage from start to finish.<br><br>I first spoke with Lee, who was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. We scheduled a video walkthrough of my belongings, and she provided a clear and fair quote.<br><br>On moving day, the crew arrived right on time. I thought I was well prepared, but they went above and beyond by carefully wrapping and protecting all of my furniture. They efficiently loaded everything in about three hours.<br><br>Chris and the rest of the crew were friendly, professional, and hardworking throughout the process.<br><br>Since I was moving across state lines, there were a few moments when plans changed regarding whether my belongings would be delivered directly to my new home or placed in storage. Lee was fantastic throughout those changes, offering flexibility and options that made the moving process much less stressful.<br><br>On delivery day, the team arrived at my new home in Indiana exactly as scheduled. Once again, they were professional and courteous. They put down floor runners to protect my floors, carefully placed everything in the appropriate rooms, and even helped unwrap and set up items such as the TV, TV stand, and beds.<br><br>The entire experience was smooth, professional, and stress-free. I would absolutely recommend Advantage Moving and Storage to anyone looking for a reliable moving company.

The team did a great job from coordinator, Lee, to the four-man team that successfully transported 26 years of belongings and furniture without any damage. Price was a little higher than other local movers, but the care they took to protect our home and belongings was above and beyond.

Worth every penny

On time with every scheduled date. Excellent packing with almost no damage during the transition. Great driver and crews on both ends. Great communications with the moving agency on the shipping end. Overall, a great experience at a competitive cost.

I’m always skeptical when hiring movers because of a previous bad experience. This was definitely not the case with Advantage Moving & Storage Inc.. Advantage came out to assess my moving needs and provided an estimate that was spot on. In fact, after the move was complete the actual cost turned out to be less than what was quoted. Despite the high stakes pressure, Brenna was professional and courteous while guiding us through the entire process. Her reassurance was exceptional and made us feel at ease. When the movers arrived, they were fully prepared and ready to work. All of our belongings and furniture were wrapped with extreme care. Joe, Fred and Anthony were a friendly well oiled team of movers during the loading and delivery of our belongings to our new home, without any issues. It was a seamless move beyond my expectations. I completely recommend this company to anyone! Words cannot express my gratitude!
