Booking was easy, pricing was competitive (especially compared to how much local rates of competitors have increased drastically in the last year), and the crew was efficient, experienced, and genuinely great to work with.<br><br>The true differentiator: they problem-solve like pros. They somehow got my brand-new leather couch, one that didn’t fit through the doorway, into my home via a second-story window, and not a single item in this move was damaged.<br>And enjoyed their company! Best move I’ve ever had, highly recommend.

On moving day, the crew arrived on time with a 26-foot truck and got straight to work.<br>DiAndre led the move professionally, supported by Will and Tray. All three movers were efficient, reliable, and clearly experienced. They followed instructions carefully and were very thoughtful about the unloading order, placing items exactly where requested to make the process faster and easier.<br>They handled heavy and delicate items with great care, using blankets and plastic wrap to properly protect everything. Loading and unloading were done quickly with no unnecessary delays. Throughout the move, the team remained professional, friendly, and respectful.<br>Overall, this was a well-organized, reliable, and efficient moving experience. Wow. This company really is the best experience I have ever had moving. I initially submitted an inquiry via the website for a move in Middletown DE. Grace called me back in a timely manner and provided a great picture of the process and the protocols of the company. We scheduled, but then I called in to reschedule due to snow. This was handled by Grace quickly and efficiently. On moving day Dre and his team were punctual and ready to work from the moment they arrived. We went over the paperwork and walked around before starting. Amir, Daquan and Will the other members of the team were careful with moving items and very personable. The entire team really went out of their way to make sure every concern was met. If you are moving, this company is far and away the best! I am so thoroughly impressed and want to say thank you to the entire team for making a difficult process easy and comfortable.
