I paid 1,200 to move 2.30hrs away and I’m very unhappy! They couldn’t even follow simple directions on what was to be left out for my personal needs. I spent all my money to move and now can’t afford to even buy laundry soap! They screwed me over. I wouldn’t use Big Burns if I were you.

Sorry to hear that first off customer was not packed and rescheduled on us multiple times we even had to drive back after driving 2 hours to destination for a box the box that we put into storage that she began cursing over that it was out into storage and started throwing things it got so escalated we had to call the police we even discounted her move 400 hundred dollars because she was going through it and we were trying to help out and when you do that you know the ending
