I hired Cadden brothers for help with a cross-state move. The way this works is that they have someone come to your house/apartment and assess how much stuff you have, and provide an estimate. You then review the estimate and put a deposit down when you schedule the dates you're interested in.<br><br>Patrick Jr was very helpful in going through the quote/estimate with me and answering questions I had before I put a deposit down. However there were some miscommunication regarding timing so I would always double check with the office when you schedule (e.g., when the movers are scheduled to pick up vs. drop off your stuff).<br><br>The movers themselves were very professional and timely. They arrived at the agreed time and were able to load my items in the truck in a timely manner. I had two sets of stairs and they had no issues navigating them. No items were broken or went missing during the move. I am overall very satisfied with the move.<br><br>The only area for improvement would be improved communications between the company and the customer. I felt that scheduling was very last minute (they let you know 2 days in advance what time they're planning on coming) and that communication could be improved (e.g., I asked for payment confirmation after Zelle-ing, but received no response).<br><br>I don't know if this is the cheapest option, but I received similar estimates from other places. Overall had a good experience with Cadden Brothers and they made my move across state less hectic! Would recommend.

Cadden’s was not only reasonable with their pricing (we moved from Pa to Fl) but their workers were phenomenal from the moment we met them. Troy, Angel, and Mugs were kind, informative, and hard working. They listened to us when we asked questions and they treated our belongings with care. Also, our belongings were packed in the truck and arrived in the SAME truck that they were packed in - which was a huge relief to us as a lot of these moving companies subcontract your items to another company. Cadden’s was very straightforward from day one. Angel arrived on the day he told us he’d arrive and he arrived first thing in the morning. I HIGHLY recommend using their services if you live on the east coast and are relocating to another state on the east coast.

It is impossible to find better movers than Cadden's. I have used Cadden's for 2 local moves and they were awesome. The most recent job was an interstate move and it was an excellent experience. We were lucky enough to have Shadi and Ethan handle our move and they were spectacular. They were incredibly professional, efficient, and somehow managed to be super fast and careful at the same time. Our items were wrapped like Faberge eggs and arrived in pristine condition. And not only were they on time with the out of state delivery, they were actually a little early! The entire Cadden team, from Pat our appraiser to Ethan and Shadi, was outstanding. The price was very fair but I would gladly pay double for the kind of service and professionalism they provide. Highly, highly, HIGHLY recommend.
