We had a great experience from start to finish! From the first phone call with Monique we felt confident in their service. Monique provided very clear explanations for the process and the costs involved. She was also readily available for a number of follow up questions. On the day Dylan, Greg & Shane were friendly and professional. They showed care for all of our possessions, very carefully wrapping and moving them into some tricky spaces - and we finished faster than we ever expected, and without any issues! The whole day went so smooth, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Lets face it, moving is no fun and we all expect nightmares from movers. Castle Movers did an absolutely outstanding job moving me from my 2 bedroom townhouse in CT to a 3 bedroom townhouse in NC. Their communication right form the start was flawless and quick. When Mel pulled up on moving day with Zak and Dillon to assist I was amazed how quickly they went to work and worked non-stop until they were done. The truck looked liked it was loaded, strapped and cushioned well for the journey to NC. I was in full communication with the truck for the journey down. Mel arrived on time and with the assistance from Alex to unload, they both again worked non-stop until they were done, moving furniture to suit my changing thoughts as needed. I can't say enough about how good this move was! One bookcase was scratched a bit in the process but that was taken care of with ease. If you are considering a move, don't hesitate with this group...they were great!

They went above and beyond to ensure our items were handled with care. Plus, they were all very kind, funny and personable. As a military family, we have moved MANY times, and this was hands down the best moving experience we’ve ever had. A+ crew and A+ experience. I hope we don’t have to hire them again (because that would mean we’re moving again lol) but I do know who we’ll call when we do!! Thank you guys for making what could have been a very stressful day feel easy.
