Exceptional Service Beyond Words!!!!<br><br>After my surgery, I desperately needed to move my belongings out of storage. Unfortunately, I had experienced two prior nightmares with moving companies, one stole from me, and the other damaged my belongings. Because of that, I had kept my things in storage out of pure fear of going through another bad experience.<br><br>For about a week, I called around and spoke with several moving companies, but none made me feel comfortable enough to trust them. That all changed the moment I spoke with Josh. From our very first phone conversation, there was something about his voice, temperament, and professionalism that instantly put me at ease. I knew I had finally found the right company.<br><br>Josh arrived with two incredible team members, Shamir and Rayshawn. I had never met these men before, yet they treated me like family, as if I were their mother, sister, aunt, or cousin. I had two full storage units, lived on the fourth floor with no elevator, and my stairway is extremely steep. Still, just the three of them worked seamlessly with a clear system, moving everything with precision, care, and professionalism.<br><br>Because I was recovering from surgery and could barely move, the peace of mind they gave me meant everything. I didn’t have to hover, worry, or fear that my belongings would be broken or stolen. From the first item to the very last box, they handled everything with respect and care.<br><br>On top of that, they assembled multiple items in my home, including my bed, table, and dresser with mirror, without hesitation. Even after hours of hard work, without having eaten, they still asked me if there was anything else I needed help with. I was completely blown away by their kindness, consideration, and genuine concern for my well-being.<br><br>Their pricing was just as incredible as their service. For everything they did, I would have easily paid $3,000 or more elsewhere. What I received for the price I paid was truly unmatched, and I am beyond grateful.<br><br>I will never hire another moving company. From this day forward, they are my family, and I will use them for all my moving needs. I know people sometimes read reviews and shake their heads, but I can say with 100% honesty that this review is completely real.<br><br>If you are looking for professionalism, precision, care, and respect for your belongings, this is the team you want. When I say I was tearing up with gratitude when Josh & Gabe left - I mean it! They were so adaptable, kind and hardworking! Despite a miscommunication where they weren’t informed that they would be packing, moving and unpacking my apartment - they were absolutely ready and fully jumped in.
