I used Charris 3 years ago for a surgical procedure. I was picked up on time, dropped off on time at the hospital and they arrived promptly to pick me up afterward. The drivers were friendly and I found it to be a valuable service since I did not have other means. Thank you<br><br>For those who had a bad experience, no one is perfect. Have you ever messed up? Give them some grace. We all need it sometimes. When it comes to transportation, any number of things can impede an effort to be on time, and it doesn't have to be the driver's fault.

09/2024 Hands down to Chassis Transportation!! I contacted China asked her if my request was possible. I need to take my grandmother to her son’s funeral over 3 hours away. China thank you for making it happened. William and Jerrell was kind, respectful and OMG so patience though a very hard time. My family was so grateful for the guys and this company. Chassis Transportation is very dependable and professional. I just can't say enough about you guys. The King family thank you so much for being there during our sorrow. I feel very fortunate to have found Charris Transportation. I needed transportation to and from the oral surgeon's office where I would be getting sedation. Setting things up with Rosalind, the owner, was easy. She is professional with a caring attitude. Charris essentially provides whatever help one needs, staying with the client if necessary, personally assisting with ambulation, wheelchair or stretcher, etc. I was picked up on time and safely driven to my destination. The vehicle was immaculate. When my procedure was over, I was picked up and taken home. There was no waiting. Rosalind took me, Shirley brought me home. Really nice,<br>professional, and caring people. I will definitely be using Charris again and highly recommend them to anyone who needs their services.
