I have been slow at getting this review up, but in early January, I had to start the cleanout of my parents' house as they had relocated to assisted leaving out of state near me. I contacted a few businesses for quotes and decided to go with Christmas City. My parents' house is up a dirt lane, and on the day the dumpster was to be delivered, Collin attempted the delivery, but a layer of solid ice on the lane made delivery impossible. Collin did not hit us with any charges for the unsuccessful delivery, but simply asked that we keep him informed as to the state of the lane. A couple days later we called to inform him that we believed a delivery was possible and he promptly came and delivered our 20 yard rental. After we filled it and needed it replaced, he again was extremely prompt in swapping it out. We appreciate everything he did to help us out.
