Wouldn’t recommend If you need the job done I’m only giving a one star because I did like the packers that came that one day they came Thursday were supposed to come Friday NEVER showed up and we were left figuring out what to do with our stuff that wasn’t packed when the movers came today called them had no help at all didn’t even have the courtesy to call us back idk how many moves we have will never use them again Responding again because I cannot find my other review .. if you look above you stated y’all picked up everything and we did a walk through etc. and now you are saying we never working together 😂 but I have all the information saved here your guys are basically saying we are liars which is incorrect so I will continue to give my review because this was our experience.

We're sorry your move day felt chaotic, but we want to share our side for anyone reading. Our crew completed the full pack on Thursday, walked the home with you, and had you sign off confirming everything was packed and ready — the load was always scheduled for Monday, not Friday. The TV and mattresses left out with materials next to them are standard on split pack/load jobs, so the load crew can finish those items on move day. There was no missed visit on Friday because none was scheduled. If there's a piece of this we can clear up, please call our office and ask for the branch manager.

Attached are just some of my items broken. 2 dressers, one I had to completely throw away, glass table, a day bed, a lamp and so much more was damaged. The movers who delivered my stuff said everything was basically thrown in the crate with no care. I am so upset. Anything that you actually care about, move yourself. I’m also a vet and was assigned them by HHG so I had no choice in the matter.

For clarity, Coastal Moving & Storage handled the origin services only, including packing and loading under the direction and requirements of the military’s HHG program. Once your shipment leaves our facility, it is transferred to a separate transportation provider and then delivered by a different company chosen by the military. Because multiple parties are involved, damage can occur at any stage of the move. We never want a service member to feel unsupported, and we appreciate your service. Please be sure to file a claim through the DPS/HHG claims system, as that is the official process that ensures you are compensated for any damaged items. If you need help locating the correct claims portal or confirming our portion of the paperwork, our team is always here to assist. We take pride in the work we do for military families, and we’re committed to helping you get this resolved through the proper channels.
