Exceptional service and performance!!! Jennifer, one of the best and friendliest packers I’ve had the pleasure of working with for my move. She is a hard worker and packs so well that ‘Not one’ broken item and I had 2 trucks of stuff. Davy, the truck packer is a breath of fresh air that is excellent and efficient while he joyfully sings. Best packed truck experience I’ve ever had as well and he is fast on top of all that!! Whether loading or unloading he nailed it. All were so good that I used them twice for both my moves. Dave the owner knows how to take care of his business and I hope he remembers to praise his workers as they are like precious gems. Brandon and Matthew were respectful and listened to my every concern/instruction. ALL are keepers and I only want them to move me anytime I may have to move again. We did a long distance move with Ferris, and it was truly a 5 star experience. Jennifer was really responsive and helpful with getting everything set up and making sure we were all set before the move, and Dave did a great job of orchestrating the move itself with driving and the crews. Everyone showed up on time and as expected, and the crews on both ends were really helpful and communicated with us throughout the process. We wouldn't hesitate to use Ferris again!

I just had the folks at Ferris Moving haul 2 truck-loads of comics down from Davenport to Galesburg. They did a FANTASTIC job! They worked hard and quickly, but without any damage. Ferris Moving & Storage ate the best. Office staff was very friendly. Lead me through all the details they needed to know for what size of truck and how many men to send. She called to verify 3 days ahead of moving. Moving fellows were very friendly and polite. We lived where there were several steps, they were prepared with equipment to bring heavy furniture down those stairs. They had furniture wrapping for our dressers, China Hutch, tables, & etc. There was no standing around. They were constantly carrying something to the truck. Definitely give them an excellent review! They are the BEST!

We moved from Monmouth to Galesburg and had Ferris do the job. The office staff was great and the two men who loaded and unloaded everything were wonderful and really great guys. They started with big smiles and good morning first thing when they got out of the truck. I gave them a tour of the house and they worked very hard and quick and got done in good time. I would highly recommend this company.
