First step was to provide an onsite accurate estimate, which was clear and itemized, with built in flexibility. The movers were prompt, efficient, friendly and adaptive to our requests. They used extreme care with our belongings, and disassembled/re-assembled where needed. The movers were employees of the company, not contractors, and demonstrated pride in doing a great job. Would definitely use them again, and highly recommend them.
