Flat Price Moving and Auto Shipping

Excellent service from beginning to end! After dealing with shady brokers and fast talking sales guys who try to guilt you into choosing them, I was glad to stumble upon Flat Price. Jim Watson was soft spoken and a pleasure to talk to. Due to a tight moving schedule, I had a limited pick up window and Flat Price went the extra mile to fit in that window. The kept in constant communication with me to let me know where my car was and when I can expect delivery. Even when the delivery was delayed by a day, their team kept me in the loop without me every having to wonder what was going on. Definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future!

Best customer service from a moving company ever. So many plain jane moving experiences in the past. None of them really stood out. All people just doing their job with adding anything extra to service. The crew here was polite and fun to work with. Movers had great personalities and the phone rep who booked my move was really upbeat and had a can do attitude. All these additives made for a much better move than I'm used to. They showed up early!! Never have I ever dealt with a place that shows up early. On time at best but they showed up ahead of schedule and called me asking me if it was ok to start early. I couldn't object with that. I've finished moves before and felt like I wasted my money but here I felt great about the price I paid at the end of this move.

Had to move last minute for work and I was on a budget for the move.<br>I liked flat price the best because even though they charged more then I wanted to spend to ship everything they mentioned a lot of alternatives that could save me money. This is something that none of the companies I called were open to talking about.<br>I put half of my stuff in the storage facility that flat price had and shipped the other half when I had my money situation better organized about 2 weeks later (pay day). They never charged me for the storage and all of my stuff stayed safe. This was a great idea that they helped me execute. Thanks again!

Since they recommend against me filling the car with boxes of stuff I used their storage facility and shipped my car. Enclosed shipping with an experienced staff is hard to come by. I've done it before so I tested their knowledge with a couple questions. The guys really knew their stuff. The driver secured the car well and got it to south Florida in good timing. Couldn't ask for a whole lot more.

I co-own a dealer ship with my brother. When a couple of our clients purchased cars and needed them shipped it was a new experience for us. We needed a place that would get it done without effecting our credibility as a company. Everything needed to go smooth because our business was a bit on the line. After speaking with Flat Price a couple times we finally settled with them. The stress was high but ended with both clients contacted us thanking us, saying the car looks great!!

Great movers with incredibly fair pricing, responsible and professional crews, who are prompt and fast moving (no pun intended) and everything arrived in excellent condition. I will use them again in the future.
