What an amazing experience with fresh start from the packing to the moving! We can’t thank them enough for making a very difficult move easy and pleasurable. They took the time to understand my in laws needs and worked to keep them calm all while adding laughter and fun. Alex is a true gem of a human. Thank you Jim, Curat and Gibert . Chelsea guiding them was also amazing ! They make you feel like family. The owner Nate is incredible and everyone should use this company for any of their moving and packing needs.

We just experienced such a wonderful move with Jack, Alex, Gilbert, and Parker! They beat the estimated time. Took every single thing not nailed down. The team was so kind and generous with moving boxes exactly where they needed to be placed. I would definitely work with them again and recommend to my friends and family!

We used this company for our long-distance move from NJ to SC , and I honestly couldn't be happier with the experience from start to finish. Moving is stressful enough, but they made the whole process so easy. The crew was friendly, hardworking, and took amazing care of all of our belongings. Not a single piece of furniture or anything we owned had even the slightest damage. Everything arrived exactly as it left. Fresh Start moved us from NJ to GA and it was a great experience. Such a big move was really anxiety producing and we had heard horror stories of long-distance moves gone bad. Nate was honest and informative when he came to give us a quote and not only were their prices competitive, but the reassurance and expertise put at ease and we booked their services. Christina answered all of my questions in a timely manner when they arose and when moving day came, the crew (Jack, True, Alex, Brandon and Nate B.) worked fast and efficiently and packed our things with care and consideration. Would highly recommend.

Fresh Start was terrific, from beginning to end. All members of the team were total pros in setting up and executing a complicated move from Ocean County, N.J., to Nantucket, Mass., that required multiple coordinating steps and precise timing, including securing a difficult-to-come-by reservation for a leg of the journey by ferry. Christina made the planning easy. The price was fair. Nathan and his colleagues were careful, courteous, and efficient in packing, loading, and unloading. It’s always a treat to work with people who really know their stuff. Fresh Start qualifies with flying colors. I’d use them again in a heartbeat.
