I just had two guys move me out of storage and into an apartment yesterday. The moving process was fast, they took great care of my items, and they were courteous. I was quite impressed the mover's skils and speed. The only issue I had was a lack of clear communication from that company. I double checked the day before to make sure things were still scheduled at a certain time and they were. However, when we got to the storage unit, the movers were not there yet. I had to call and text the scheduler several times before getting a response. I was not given the correct number for the mover, so I was at a loss, It sounded like the movers were overbooked after they finally contacted me. I was given one story from the scheduler and another from the mover as to why the delay, so not sur3 which story was true. So due to delay, we had to wait two hours at the storage building in the heat. For this trouble, we should have been given some kind of refund. I know things happen, but good customer service from the company for this delay would have been appropriate.
