We were unsure of when we could receive all of our belongings from an interstate move, and he was very flexible in making some very necessary changes in the schedule so his crew would be available to unload when our shipment arrived. On the phone, he was very detailed in the discussion of the process, the cost, our specific requests, etc.. The job took longer than expected, the team persevered until everything was finished, and they made sure everything was to our approval. I highly recommend.
