From start to finish my experience with Heavy Haulers was 5 stars. The owner Kevron came to my home twice ahead of the move to assess the items I needed to move to give me an accurate quote. This was amazing, on the day of the move there were no surprises or extra charges , I appreciate transparent honest business. My movers Danny and Junior were amazing and efficient ! They finished my move in 2 hours and listened to my needs and prioritized the items I wanted to ensure made it in my storage pod. I moved from Brooklyn to queens using heavy haulers, to say it was a breeze is an understatement. There’s an initial consultation where all your items, (everything including a bounce house) and furniture is reviewed then a quote is provided. The professionalism of the team made me feel reassured. Coming from someone who loves being in control; along with OCD and anxiety this meant a lot. The team was beyond patient, on time and kept in constant communication. So happy I chose them!<br><br>I had to leave a review because moving is horrible but using heavy haulers gives you one less thing to worry about.
