Thank you Hitzfelder Moving! Another great experience from amazing people. From start to finish they made this move easy for our family. Gene was so friendly and very knowledgeable of New Braunfels. He answered the phone every time I called with my many questions and was always happy to help. We were moving a relative from an assisted living facility. Adrian and Jacob were very patient in navigating through the many hallways and security doors. They were also very kind and understanding to the residents that were curious about what they were doing. Adrian and Jacob were so friendly and professional and made the move look easy. Thank you Gene, Adrian, and Jacob for making this move stress free for our family. I cannot say enough good things about you all. Thank you again!

Our move was completely seamless. We had six movers and two trucks. We had moved most of our personal belongings so we just needed the furniture moved. We have a lot of large oak pieces that my husband made, plus a piano. Everything was handled with care and the personal interaction with EACH of the movers was so positive. They were delightful. A small move less than a quarter mile away from our current home. Gene couldn't of been more helpful when I called and asked for his company for a second time. Only company I would EVER trust.We came up with a date that he had guys available. He sent his crew led by Adrian and it was the most amazing experience. The guys were super friendly, and watching them in "beast mode" including working fast and efficiently was awesome. I'm super OCD, I measure everything. Not one time did I feel they were bothered by my suggestions. In fact, they made sure before they went on to the next piece, they had it right per my specifications. After a while it got to be perfect with them eye balling the measurements and I didn't need to pull out the measurer. Seriously, these guys are the best. Great leadership Gene! Keep up the good work. Thank you!
