This was our first PCS move and based on the reviews I was horrified! Nevertheless as soon as the packers met us at our first destination they were nothing but courteous and respectful not only their demeanor but also with our personal belongings. They came and asked us to give them a walkthrough of the house and what we wanted and didn’t want to be packed. I had no issues with worrying if they were just throwing stuff into boxes. The driver came to pick up our stuff the same day and he actually told us that our stuff was going to be arriving here in El Paso the next day. Our stuff was waiting for us not the other way around! Scheduling the delivery was also easy. We were able to get our stuff within 2 business days of getting a home in El Paso. Both Pedro and Ricky unloaded all of my items and verified with me where each box was to be placed. They asked me if I wanted them to unpack all boxes so I could take inventory. Some of my boxes were dusty which was expected being I moved to the desert but overall no damages to my items or property. Thank you Apple Moving for making our first PCS easy and setting the standard for all PCSs in the future!

Very professional, quick response and great movers.

I was assigned Holiday Moving Company by Fort Bliss transportation, and after reading reviews I was worried. Despite their previous reviews, their team Ricky and Pedro were extremely professional, courteous, and took care of packing and loading our home in two days. Holiday had a quality assurance representative come out and verify procedures were being performed correctly. I have had the Military move me three previous times and this has been the best experience for moving. Hopefully this review will put others at ease when being assigned this moving company with mixed reviews. Thank you for the great job!
