I used this company to move from a house I had been in for 30 years. Needless to say I had a lot of stuff to move. I called Jensen because they are a locally family owned company which appealed to me. I was not disappointed. They came the day before the scheduled move to help me finish packing and prepare the tvs, mirrors, and large pictures to be ready for the next day. The movers who handled that aspect were professional, efficient and personable. The next day the movers arrived as scheduled and began immediately and did not stop until everything was moved into my new place. Unfortunately it turned out to be record heat for April but it did not deter them in the least. Everything was handled professionally and they were very kind about everything. It took all day but the movers never stopped. The only minor issue was a desk didn't survive but I received a claim form to submit for it. The communication was excellent and I would highly recommend this company.

It was honest and realistic and the final bill was exactly what Nick gave us. The packing crew, led by Jonathan, was stellar. Paid close attention to every detail and took special care of our treasures. And I can’t speak highly enough of our moving crew, Colin and Aaron, who were second to none. They worked tirelessly for two days straight to get us into our new home on time and with a bed to sleep on.
