Joey and Zack were totally amazing and very professional with moving my personal belongings this morning. They were youngsters with a strong work ethic! These guys deserve positive recognition for their attention to detail. With that being said and the reason I gave a 5 🌟 rating, was because of Joey and Zack but I give the company a rating of 4 🌟 because of one huge issue. It's unfair that they charge from the time they leave their warehouse to the time they get back to the warehouse and everything in between. I totally understand the 2 hr min and the rate but I shouldn't have been charged for the 30 min it takes to get to my place and the 30 min back to their warehouse. I won't use their service in the future and unless they change that huge negative, I would hope that no one else uses them. Thank you.
