Would NOT recommend. Arrived an hour after the 2 hour window given. In a Uhaul (not the truck advertised in pics). Mother and bro-in-law handled move to help me. Was told they moved slow (charged hourly). Damaged property. Did not put together anything after move (had to have them stop by the 8 hr mark). Charged for extra time due to traffic hit during transition. Completely ignored contract agreement. Find another business. Save your money.

We at Moody Movers Inc take pride and strive to give the best service to all our customers and appreciate any feedback that will help our company to improve our services. Our company did a move for Jarin that was handled by her mother who signed our contract and paid the fee for services and had no complaints about our work and stated she was happy with our service. Our crew arrived at the destination 30 minutes before the customer because of the route we chose to go. This move took 1 hour more than the customer was looking to pay because of a long carry that was not disclosed and more items moved than actually stated to be moved. We do not insure particle board and compressed wood furniture, as stated on our contract, but took extra care to move these items as well and safely moved items that was already damaged to the destination. Assembly and disassembly is additional services and a quote for moving was given. I can’t remember a customer that was not at there destination for there move so everything goes where it should be rather than moving stuff back and forth because it’s unclear where items actually go and adds extra time to a move.

Moody Movers moved a large marble-topped table that is inlaid with ivory, all along the table legs and all four sides of the table. They wrapped it in bubble-wrap. The move was perfect. There was no damage to the table. They did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them for any type of move!
