May 2025

Our relationship with Morgan Movers and Storage began in late July of 2024. We sold our house in Saltillo and put our belongings in storage in their Booneville storage facility while we built a new home near our family in Tishomingo, where we have lived most of our life. We had talked with several local movers who seemed to be a little cheaper, but required that we find storage, which was somewhat limited.

Mr. and Mrs Morgan, both, came to our house to give us an estimate. Their quote of a little over $8,500 included all boxes and the moving of all personal items in a 3,500 sq ft house to their storage facility. Storage was $495/month. We actually moved to our condo in Florida, which only included a few personal items and clothing and stayed there until late April of 2025.

On May 16th, our new home was finally finished and our move was completed to Tishomingo on May 21st and 22nd.

Not one broken dish. There was a couple of times that one of the workers got a little over anxious and tried to force a piece of furniture through a door, but that was very minimal.

Our biggest problem with the move was that our new house was about 1200 sq ft smaller that the Saltillo house, and it’s been difficult to find places for a lot of items.

In my opinion, the experience with Morgan Movers couldn’t have been much better.
