Overall the experience went well. Frank was great to work with in preparation for the move - professional and responsive to all inquiries. Our services included packing and a local move. No real issues with the crew except for being asked to tip more. I tipped based on what I had googled for this type of move, yet I was directly asked to give more. That wasn't a good experience and made me regret what I had provided.

Even after discovering some missing hardware they helped us retrieve the correct hardware to ensure that everything was built properly. They were very easy to work with and were very friendly.
