The movers and technicians were great — they were professional and did an excellent job handling my items. However, I was very disappointed to receive an unexpected $214 charge for setting two TVs back on the same stands they removed them from but customer service acted promptly and I got a refund for that extra expense. The company handle the issue very professionally with great customer service and support.

I love this company! Thank you so much for putting everything where it belongs and assembling the things that the other moving company left disassembled. The team that was at my house was professional and courteous, they went over and above to right the wrong that happened during the move by the other company that I hired. Zachary came by today to secure our front-load washer, and I couldn’t be more grateful for his help. He was incredibly communicative, responsive, and genuinely caring throughout the process. Even though the appointment was scheduled at the last minute, he made it a priority to come as soon as he could—knowing that we had planned to have our boxes loaded today.<br><br>Although there were some miscommunications that prevented our boxes from being loaded as expected, Zachary’s positive attitude and willingness to assist with what he could made a tough day feel a little lighter. His help meant a lot to us, especially since securing the washer was one of the big concerns we had during our move. Thanks to Zachary, that piece of the puzzle was taken care of with care and professionalism.
