Moving Rochester

Whole home packed with great care in 5 hours! The women that packed were professional, quick, hard working, and thorough!!! Highly recommend to anyone who is moving. These ladies have it down to an exact science.

This company is amazing. Six guys do their job quickly and carefully. I had extra maneuvering to do for them and they were fine with it. My friend referred them to me. I will be doing the same.

Dave and his team were amazing! Dave was super accommodating and fit my move in with short notice! Everything was brought to my new home in pristine and great condition. The workers were super nice despite working on such a hot and steamy day. I could not recommend Rochester Moving and Storage Enough!

Honest review! We were getting ready to sell our 3bd home (lived there for 10yrs) and move into a 2bd apartment during the listing/closing process. Dave truly is one of the kindest people I’ve ever met. The entire process had me anxious, overwhelmed and emotional and he and his crew were the one thing that had me feel a sense of relief in the moving process. The entire crew were all so unbelievably kind and respectful. There was no standing around, handling things roughly or “inappropriate” language. If they had any questions they asked - which my husband and I appreciated so much. Because we were majorly downsizing in sq ft we had to get a storage unit - which meant we had two stops. Everything was put in the storage unit in a clean, organized way. Things were not just thrown in there. They set things up on our apartment right where we wanted them and again were respectful - everything was thought through and they communicated really well when the entryway was tight, etc. Nothing was broken or lost. Everything made it to its destination! I told Dave we’d be calling him the minute we find a new home and have a closing date! I called Dave in a panic a couple of days later when my husband and I realized we had a bunch of stuff that we didn’t want/needed to get rid of. Our house was going to be being cleaned and staged in just a couple of days and then pictures were going to be taken to list it. My husband and I didn’t realize how much RANDOM stuff was going to be leftover after everything was out (not their fault - ours! You accumulate a lot in 10yrs) and we didn’t know how to dispose of it all. Dave to the rescue! They showed up THE NEXT DAY with the truck and loaded everything up and delivered it all where it had to go to (the dump, etc). I didn’t have the nicest, cleanest house and I never felt any type of judgement from any of them - I felt 100% at ease! I said goodbye once again and let them know we’d be in touch ... Hopefully soon! A few weeks later I called Dave again … not because we found our next home but because I needed help again! Haha. We had a washer and dryer in our upstairs laundry room that were not staying with the house. I did not trust anyone else to move them out! Dave had a couple of guys come over and they got them downstairs without leaving a single mark. That was the exact reason I called them! Moving is so stressful and there are so many emotions that go with it. Just call Dave! He will put you at ease and you’ll be keeping his number in your phone - not only to pass onto others but to call when you don’t know what to do!!! I can’t wait to hire these guys again - you will not be disappointed! My husband is equally impressed by them and agrees that physically moving into any house is no longer a worry bc we’ll have them! We cannot recommend them enough!!! **UPDATE** Because it won’t let me do a new review. We found our next home which meant we used Dave and his crew for the FOURTH time in 6 months! You don’t rehire a company - especially that many times - if they aren’t great! The guys remembered us and were super friendly and so helpful. This time was a little tougher bc I had labeled boxes/totes at our old house not knowing what our new one would have (garage, attic, basement, etc.). I was super anxious about it - but there was nothing to worry about! Anything that was labeled, but it didn’t have one of those locations on it, they stopped and read off what I had it marked as and I then told them where to put it. I labeled the kids names right by the bedroom doors with post-it notes to make it easier for them. When I thanked Dave for everything he pointed to the guys and said it was all them! We’ve just had a great experience from my first phone call to this last move. We again won’t hesitate to call if we ever need anything moved!
