Response from MR & MRS MOVING SERVICE LLC
Ex-employee leaves a review You are a real phoney the first job you started was by breaking a box of glass wear that of course I paid by giving customer a discount. The reason im rude is because, I wouldn't hire you if you worked for free. Thanks for the review it's still a review.

Absolutely amazing company, the owner personally rushed over to our house in 15 minutes to help us move a heavy piece of furniture that we couldn't move on our own, he was super nice and quick to get us taken care of. I highly recommend to anyone looking for moving needs!

My friend recommended Mr Mrs moving service for a move I’ve been working on for a few months Reluctantly I agreed because of all of the horrible stories I’ve heard through the years Anyway I called them and the owner pick up and we had a real down to earth conversation Joel explained in detail what the cost would be and he even guaranteed that if and that was a big IF the cost was going to exceed what the original price was he the owner would personally take care of it himself Spoken like a true gentleman Not only did he keep his word he delivered Long story short the bill went over by a little bit and he took care of everything In the end I am pleased with to admit that if I ever have the need to move again Mr Mrs Moving Service is the only company I would ever use again They really do what they say and say what they do I highly recommend them to anyone who has a real dilemma on choosing a moving service The owner shows up personally that is the first time I’ve ever seen and heard of Thank you Joel for the chance to experience a great service and I truly awesome price

Derek thank you for allowing me the opportunity to restore your faith in my services Moving you was quick and easy and truth be told I always go above and beyond to satisfy any and all my customers old or new Just like I said I will not do anything without informing my customers first Again I am here for my customers first and even if the customer doesn't use our services I will inform the customer what to look out because, there are a lot of scamming going on in the moving business They tell you one thing and then they hit you with all these bogus charges I give ALL INFORMATION UPFRONT AND NO HIDDEN FEES EVER!!!!!! First and foremost I don’t do reviews but Mr Mrs Moving Service is remarkable especially with pricing and service. They arrived and immediately started moving my personal belongings and top of that they wrapped everything no playing around these guys mean business and protect everything. They are the real deal when it comes to customer service. More importantly, they worked so hard that Joel the owner made sure that they finished everything within the 4 hours which kept my bill down and very affordable. Joel thank you for making my move special for me. If I ever move again I definitely know who I’am calling to handle my move. Thanks again for all your hard work. I recommend this company to everyone. Believe me people don’t take any chances with another company . Mr. Mrs Moving Service is the only one who will go above and beyond to make sure your move is successful.
