Our move was across the country with a warehouse stop while waiting for closing on our new home. The delivery persons were so jovial and helpful. They worked efficiently and placed everything where directed. There was one item that had been damaged in transit but they let me know, showed me photos of it and explained it would be repaired and delivered later. Shortly afterwards a representative called from the company to reassure me they have professional furniture repair staff to make the repairs and would contact me when ready for delivery. It was a small repair but I appreciated they took the initiative to repair as soon as it was identified. Highly recommend this company for their professionalism

It was a pleasure to work with Olympia. Candy was with us the whole move once Rebecca got us started. They both were patient, helpful and informative. I felt confident that Candy was there to help with any questions I had and to make sure the process went smoothly. Matt and Sean who picked up our boxes, etc in Austin were reassuring and helpful as were Joe and Tae who unloaded our things in Virginia. Tae maneuvered the truck up and down our little mountain road magnificently. I can honestly highly recommend them all. And, will certainly use them again when we complete the move with the rest of our furniture and artwork.

This is the second time in 8 years we have used Olympia and my husband and I highly recommend them. The first time was for a big move and just recently we used them for a smaller one, both coast to coast. From our first consultation, Adam Carter and his team have shown themselves to be responsive, professional and easy to work with. If we have to, we will certainly use them again!
