I moved on 6/20 and the movers (Norek, Amal, and Shada on the picture - sorry for misspelling) were so nice and amazing at their job! They were extremely careful with all my stuff and I could tell they wanted to provide the best service they could provide. They arrived 15 min early the day of the pick up and wasted no time. Right away, we went over the things that needed to be loaded to the truck and as soon as we were done. They asked questions for things they weren't sure about, which I really appreciated. I was moving a 1 bedroom with 2 flights of stairs to an apartment that requires climbing 4 flights of stairs to get to. It was intense. To them, I gave 5 stars or even 6 out of 5 stars for the great service they provided.<br><br>I would not give 5 stars to the company though. I had to call them time and time again because there was an issue with the information on my contract. I had to correct the same information over the phone multiple times and while the people over the phone were always nice, especially while I am stressed at the end of the line, it still gave me a bad customer experience to have to repeatedly correct my contract's info and make sure the card on file was the correct one.<br><br>This is why I am giving them 4 out of 5 stars. Thank you!
