The moving process with Phoenix Express could not possibly have been better. They communicated clearly, their packing team was amazing, and the movers were the best I have ever had. The entire team was polite, prompt, and worked incredibly efficiently. They took care with every single item, navigated tricky staircases, and meticulously disassembled and reassembled our furniture. And the value for the service was incredible. I don’t think I’ve ever heard of anyone having as good an experience as we did - thank you all so much.

Phoenix Moving is incredible. When I was searching for a moving company (I have never used one before), they were the only ones who didn’t constantly contact me after our initial conversation, and I felt absolutely no pressure from them. They were honest about their pricing - not the cheapest, but not the most expensive. We were moving from Texas to California, with a car needing to be towed. Phoenix was up-front about the costs, and helped me when I was sending in photos and videos of the items to be moved. After booking our estimate, I was able to text them questions about packing and changing items that we decided not to bring. Their customer service is top tier. When the movers came, they were professional, efficient, and very friendly. They packed up the whole house in a couple of hours, and made sure to wrap the fragile items. Everything was moved with extreme care. They were communicative throughout the travel days, making sure I knew exactly when they would arrive at the new place. They got to our new house in 3 days, and not only unloaded quickly, but set up our furniture in the rooms we asked them to. We were debating about where some things should go, and they offered to stay and shift things around until we were happy with the set up. I cannot give them enough praise. If you need an out of state mover, Phoenix is absolutely the best!!!!!
