Roger drove me to and from my doctors appointment yesterday in a very clean pronto band. He secured my wheelchair, he made sure that he took his time loading me in and he was extremely patient with my aid who was a little challenged with her English and understanding. I wish Roger could take me to every appointment that I have. His customer service is supreme. I am newly paralyzed and experienced a lot of anxiety because of potential pain in my feet if they’re not handled correctly. He understood the assignment. I appreciated him so much yesterday.
