We recently used Reliable Moving and Storage for a whole house move. Their cost was the lowest of the quotes I got but that did not mean cut rate service. Even though our home was in Cumberland county, an hour drive for them, they were on time and brought more than enough equipment and manpower to complete the quoted job. They were well organized and listened to our requests for taking care of our valuable items. They were kind, courteous, and respected our property. They completed the job on time and at the quoted price. I would use them again and highly recommend them if you are in the need for moving services.

Moving an entire lifetime of possessions is emotional and stressful, but Joel and his team made the process incredibly smooth. The crew communicated clearly, took the time to point out items that might not be stable, and handled everything with extraordinary care rather than simply loading boxes as quickly as possible. Their efficiency was impressive, but what stood out most was their attention to detail and respect for my mother's belongings. Joel also worked closely with us to coordinate the timing around two separate closings, and somehow made a complicated schedule come together seamlessly.<br><br>A few months later, I hired Reliable Moving again to move approximately 20 totes and other items into a storage unit. Once again, the crew was friendly, professional, hardworking, and remarkably fast.<br><br>Today was my third time using Reliable Moving to upgrade to a larger storage unit, and the experience was every bit as positive as the first two. One of the young men remembered me from previous moves, and the new team members were just as courteous, respectful, and hardworking. I honestly don't know how Joel consistently finds employees with such outstanding character and work ethic, but it speaks volumes about the company he has built.<br><br>Reasonable pricing, excellent communication, careful handling, and outstanding customer service are all reasons to choose Reliable Moving. The 2 gentlemen who moved our furniture from inside our home to the porch and then back again a month later were very professional and accommodating. They were extremely careful to place our furniture exactly where we requested. I will certainly contact Reliable Moving again when the situation arises.
