We used short hop for a move recently and I wish I could give them 10 stars. The First Gentleman I spoke with on the phone was so kind and helpful. I was really stressed about this move and thought I’d be doing the majority on my own due to budget. I explained what I needed moved and my budget and time constraints. He was so calming and assured me they’d get the job done for me. I was still nervous leading up to moving day. It was the hottest week of the year and I had way more things than I anticipated. The morning of the move I called to confirm and he let me know they were sending a few extra guys free of charge because their move didn’t start until later. 5 of the most respectful, kindest young men showed up and moved me in 1/2 the time I expected. “Dont worry, we got you” was said many times. It went better than I could have ever imagined. They were like 5 angels that showed up and saved the day. Each and every one of them worked tirelessly without even a glimmer of complaint. In fact, they were laughing and joking and challenging each other who could carry more. Haha. Job well done short hop!!!

This is the second time I used this company to move. They were quick and efficient and did a great job moving the stuff out of my storage unit and to two different houses. Thanks again!

Someone suggested Short hop moving to us on Reddit and we couldn’t be happier. Professional, efficient. Totally a five star experience and will be using them if we ever need moving again. They showed up on time and everything was moved in less than 3 hours and we had a lot to move.

I can’t recommend this company enough. From the moment they came to do our estimate, they were thorough, kind, knowledgeable, and professional. They sent a crew and 2 trucks to move our 3 bedroom house and completed the entire job in about half the time we expected. The crew was meticulous and careful. They didn’t damage our items or either of the houses they were moving us to/from. They also did some great problem solving to get heavy and large furniture into tight hallway spaces. Communication was GREAT! They really wanted to make sure everything was exactly where we wanted it. We can’t thank you enough for making this move so smooth for us!
