I worked with Sam (the owner) OF Smooth Moving Pros and had a very positive experience. This was my first time hiring professional movers and his team made things very easy to move from Philadelphia to San Francisco. His price wasn't the lowest (I didn't trust too many of these brokers), but it was the most fair. When you trust your entire life's possessions with a company, would you want to nickel and dime the service provider?<br><br>His team did a great job diligently packing every item exceptionally well and ensuring everything was tagged and labeled. This organized method helped ensure the move was smooth on the receiving end. The challenging thing with moving across the country is that you really have to be flexible on the receiving end, and Sam did an amazing job to ensure that the delivery came into the window I was able to be available, and we ended up receiving our delivery on time.<br><br>And finally, because it is a move, and things happen, we had some small items damaged during the delivery. There will always be a degree of risk in moving, and Sam made the claims process as simple as possible. We will be using Sam if we move back, and for our family's upcoming moves.

Nate was absolutely fantastic to work with. I needed a storage unit in DE cleared out and he was able to accommodate changing the moving date to one day earlier. They moved my items from DE to CT and Keith (I forget the other movers name) was able to move everything in extremely quickly. Everything arrived in perfect condition. Keith even noticed my shoe rack was detached because of a faulty piece then took it upon himself to fix it for me! I can’t say enough positive things about my experience with them. USE THIS MOVING COMPANY!!!

Nate and his crew are amazing. We had a short notice move from Philly to DC, drastically underestimated the amount of stuff we had to move, and had some very precious cargo that needed to be looked after. Nate was more than accommodating and made the move as smooth as I could imagine. We even got snow/freezing rain in DC on the day of our move and Nate and his crew got our stuff in lighting quick, and without any damage. I cannot recommend him enough. He will take care of you.
