Sonic Auto Transportation

When I first contacted Sonic I talked with Grace Flores about scheduling a pickup/delivery. The process was very straightforward in terms of filling out a little paperwork and setting the tentative date for pickup. At the time I was given an estimate for the transport, $1145. Grace told me that Sonic would reach out to me the week of the scheduled pickup with details about the transport company and driver. When the time came, the week of May 20, 2026, Grace contacted me with bad news. Transporters were asking $2400-$2600 for the job!! She told me that she would work on getting me a lower price. In the meantime, I was contacted by other transport companies (how they got my contact info I don't know) who wanted me to book with them, they confirmed that transport rates from Florida to Rhode Island were now $2400+. I told them I was already working with an agent. Grace got back to me the next day with a much better rate. Thank you Grace! My car was transport from FL to RI in 3 days so the job was done quickly with no issues-

I had to move my mom from Nevada to Florida which included getting her car transported. There are a ton of things you have to consider when making this type of trip and I am happy to say, Christian Woods from Sonic Auto made my job a lot easier. He kept in constant contact with me while we searched for a driver. Between phone calls and texts (even on the weekend) I was updated daily by every offer. When a driver was found, everything went exactly the way Christian said it would. Keep in mind, gas prices being what they are today, the price for transportation will fluctuate based on fuel and availability. That's all part of the process, but when you have someone like Christian looking out for you, it's one less thing you have to worry about. He did a great job!

However, any initial worry quickly faded thanks to Christian Wood, who handled my situation with immense empathy and professionalism. In this specific situation, I had a lot on the line, but Christian never took advantage of that vulnerability. Instead, he worked diligently to create a true win-win outcome for everyone involved. Thank you, Christian, and thank you, Sonic Transport, for handling my situation with decency and respect—traits that seem all too rare these days.

Grace did a wonderful job explaining the program and breaking down the costs. She was timely in following up with driver details, and the driver communicated on time and frequently. Pickup and delivery was on time and done very professionally!
