4.5 Stars! Have used them twice! Very satisfied with results.<br><br>First time was in 2020, in 98 degree weather. This time was 2023. Each time got a truck and 3 men. Handled many flights of stairs like champs, navigating tight corners. Furniture was wrapped in blankets and Saran Wrap - no damage either time. Men were all professional and impressively strong. Two very difficult moves that we could never have done alone.<br><br>2bd 2bath 3rd floor apartment to 2bd 2bath 2nd floor apartment over 100miles away on Memorial Day. Took 8hrs total. Overall very affordable and got a discount for being loyal customers, which was really nice and unexpected.<br><br>Half star off just because of communication and timing. We reached out a couple weeks in advance and told them all the details. We were told we would receive a call the day before to go over details, but when we didn’t get a call, we reached out to the owner. He didn’t seem to know about our move, which was very concerning. It all got sorted, but there was a bit of waiting for responses. Day of they were 1.5hrs late, which was frustrating. They let us know an hour before the scheduled time and explained there had to be a change in staff. Later, we were told by the movers that we were supposed to buy them pizza. We had planned on doing so anyway, but hadn’t been told that we were required to. They also requested we pay in all cash, which we hadn’t done the first time and weren’t expecting. It wasn’t a big deal, but we did have to run to the ATM.<br><br>Owner was available via text for all concerns and checked in frequently. All charges were reviewed carefully and double checked with us in detail. Would definitely use again!

Yves, Keith and Omar were the kindest men ! They were professional, patient and compassionate. I would highly recommend them! I have never had a such a tough job made so much easier by anyone! I can't thank them enough for their kindness! Don't hesitate to hire them! They are fantastic!!!

A little late but that's okay sometimes moves don't go as expected. We had a great team that was friendly and professional. Nothing was damaged and they placed everything correctly . I highly recommend them.
