Outstanding from start to finish! Booking was quick, easy and transparent. Muscleman really set itself a part from other companies in the best ways. Very trustworthy, personable and really appreciate they’re one of the few companies to offer a military discount. We moved a 1 bedroom apartment to storage. I had done all the prep work and stored my personal items already, just needed help moving the big stuff. With the prep work, we were able to finish well under the 2 hour minimum! Omar and Phil showed up on time with a call ahead, and had a large box truck, not a small trailer which I was wanting to avoid to reduce trips. The guys were top notch, professional and friendly, very quick, and handled my items with great care. They packed my storage unit in a very organized way that maximized the space, and even helped me with my request to still be able to get to a few items as needed. Overall, this really eased stress and made the moving process so easy. When I return from active duty and move again I will be sure to book Muscleman again. Thanks guys!

I have used Muscleman Movers twice now and have only good things to say about customer service, timeliness, assistance in both move out and move in. Highly recommend. Jimmy organized everything so smoothly, and Memo never stopped! It was a joy to have them do this job!

New move with this company again today 1/8/2026. Memo and Jimmy were my moving crew today. Excellent!!!! I purchased a 300 pound safe from Academy and had this company and crew pick up there and bring to my home where I wanted it. No scratches on my wood floors great service from Memo and Jimmy. Who needs a friend with a big truck and several strong young men? Not me. It’s a win, win!! No guilt or waiting for someone else to find time and help or the favor guilt! Johnny’s crew moved me once again today. They are very careful, curtious I love everything about this company!! I have used them since 2011 every move! Ii include lots of cold water a paid lunch their pick and they are worth a tip!! Mr. Scott and his crew mate rocked today!! They were professional, curtious, and happy to oblige with whatever I needed! Love, love this company!!

Overall, the move was really good not the first time I’ve used this company and each time they’ve been great. They’re the only company I use to move my Piano. I only have two lines of feedback/small complaints that do not affect my overall rating. One this is more just US tipping culture but I really don’t like that at the end of the move when paying there’s a tip screen on the mobile device being held by the mover that is a percentage based tip. A 10 to 20% tip on a move ends up adding like $100-$200 . For exceptional service on the service I am paying for I could see g throwing an extra 5,10 maybe even $20. Why would we tip a percentage for service like this? The mover to their credit didn’t pressure me at all to tip (and I didn’t) but I would much prefer to either hand them a couple bucks or if I’m gonna be asked for a tip for it to be like a separate follow up email not while they’re standing in front of me and they are holding the payment device looking at me. Second, this was quoted as a two person you know two our job but ended up being two people needed for four hours. I’m not sure what the cost difference and everything would have been had been a three person two hour job. I think this should’ve been a three person job potentially but if I ended up saving money for being two people for four hours rather than three for two, I don’t know. The two guys moving me though did a great job. They worked hard and I could always see that they were you know doing things.

We had the absolute best experience. We had such teriible luck over the holiday period that our closing was delayed by a week and our lease was ending at the end of that week We had to reschedule with Muscleman twice and finally when we were called the morning of our closing I reached back out to Muscleman. They called around and found a crew willing to work last minute over the holiday. Because of the delay we had to use the moving crew for a lot longer than we originally planned, but they were in great spirits and they were very professional and happy to help. We cannot recommend them enough!!!! EXCELLENT TEAM!!!!

The Muscleman team was fantastic during our move from an apartment into a house. It’s great to see they’re still in business and continuing to thrive. We first used Muscleman back in 2023 when moving into an apartment, and now, using them again in 2025 to move into our home, felt like coming full circle. The team was professional, charismatic, and extremely careful with our belongings throughout the entire process. We will absolutely recommend Muscleman to others and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.

Guillermo and his team were absolutely amazing. They arrived on time, handled our furniture very carefully, and did a fantastic job at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend these guys.
