We recently used The Professionals Movers for the second time, and I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else with our move. From the very beginning, the entire process was incredibly easy. Booking was straightforward, and they took the time to explain every detail of the contract so there were no surprises. They also send a moving expert to your home at no cost to assess your needs and provide a much more accurate quote. During the walkthrough, they tell you exactly how many packing supplies you’ll need, how many trucks are recommended, and they even offer professional packing services for an additional fee. Looking back, I wish we had taken them up on it because packing ourselves was by far the hardest part of the move! On moving day, we had completely run out of time and still hadn’t finished packing the kitchen. Without missing a beat, the crew packed everything up for us and kept the day moving smoothly. I own a large collection of antiques and vintage furniture, so I was incredibly nervous about the move. Javier, who was in charge of our crew, along with Jose, Roberto, Ramiro, Hector, and Miguel, were absolutely phenomenal. They are truly wizards when it comes to packing and moving. Every piece was wrapped with incredible care, everything was loaded efficiently, and amazingly, not a single item was broken. The entire team worked incredibly fast while still being friendly, professional, and meticulous. They are expensive, but after experiencing their service twice, I can honestly say they are worth every penny. If you’re looking for movers who genuinely know what they’re doing and treat your belongings as if they were their own, I can’t recommend The Professionals Movers highly enough. We moved from north side Chicago to the far NW suburbs and had 2 trucks and 6 crew members. It took 8am to 5/6pm. It was a huge move and cost $4700 plus tip.

We just used The Professionals Moving Specialists for a high rise move in downtown Chicago this week, and our experience was exceptional. Juliana did a great job in advance of our move with timely responding to a bid proposal and making sure that we had all the information necessary to prepare for our upcoming move. On the morning of our move, we received a call from Marcos, the leader of the crew responsible for moving our belongings, about 20 minutes BEFORE the scheduled start time! Marcos and his crew which consisted of Ciprione, Carlos, and Roberto, were friendly, professional, hard working, and efficient. They completed our move out of a two bedroom condo from one high rise and into another in 4 hours!!! My wife and I highly recommend The Professionals and would use them again. Ask for Marcos and his crew, they are exceptional!
