From the very first interaction, Mario (the owner) set the tone for what turned out to be an outstanding experience. Professional, attentive, and genuinely respectful from start to finish. We specifically wanted a flat rate rather than an hourly quote, and Mario made that happen by coming to our home in person a few days before the move to do a proper walkthrough. No guessing, no surprises; exactly what we needed. The day before the move he reached out to confirm everything, and we locked in an 8am start time. At 7:56am the truck was already pulling up with the full crew ready to go. That punctuality alone tells you everything about how this company operates. The team was efficient, respectful, and incredibly careful with our belongings. They disassembled everything with ease and, something that really stood out, proactively pointed out minor pre-existing marks and scuffs on furniture as they worked, so we were fully aware. That kind of transparency is rare and deeply appreciated. In just over 2 hours, a full 4-bedroom house was loaded, wrapped, and ready to go. The entire process was smooth, stress-free, and handled with real professionalism. Top Notch Movers absolutely lived up to their name. I would recommend them without hesitation: 10 out of 10!!!
