We had an excellent experience with this moving company from start to finish. The entire crew was professional, courteous, and incredibly hardworking. They took the time to ask exactly where we wanted every item placed, making the unloading process smooth and stress-free. We moved an entire 3,000-square-foot home, and everything was handled with great care and attention to detail. The team was efficient, organized, and treated our belongings with respect throughout the entire move. The only damage was one very small item, and they immediately took responsibility and are even going to help refund the item. That level of honesty and customer service says a lot about the company. Moving across states is never easy, but they made the process as seamless as possible. We truly appreciated their professionalism, communication, and attention to detail. We moved my mom into The Oscar at Veramendi. We had changes, but all went so perfectly it was just amazing! The quote, the pick-ups & deliveries, the care with all of her things, and the kindness and respect by the guys were above and beyond. They were so nice while working hard to get everything done exactly as we wanted. They assembled and moved and even helped get the dust ruffle under her mattress. Trinity Movers did a fantastic job of moving my mother-in-law into an independent living facility in New Braunfels. They showed up early, they were very professional, and completed packing all of our furniture and boxes in just one hour. I highly recommend working with Jax and Indy. They were absolutely fantastic in handling all aspects of the move and made sure that we were well situated before they left.
