We highly recommend Lisa. She has helped us to prepare for our future move by recommended sorting 5S techniques /teaching/reinforcing downsizing and decluttering. She helped us to engage an auctioneer who took away 25 years of Christmas menagerie. She has provided sources and outlets to send our surplus’s. To her credit she was able to gift our extras to the animal shelter and High School Theatre club. Most importantly we are now doing the downsizing ourselves daily. Outstanding! This moving company is truly exceptional!! I’ve been working with Lisa for a while now and have used her company multiple times. Lisa and her crew are professional, flexible and make sure every thing is taken care of from beginning to end. She packed up my Fathers old apartment, and unpacked and set up all of his things perfectly at his new apartment, while also making sure my Dad was ok and happy! You can see how much she loves what she does. Lisa goes above and beyond! I will definitely continue to use her company for all of my future moves!

I hired Lisa last winter to help move my parents from their home in GA to assisted living in CO. We had a very limited window of time to get a TON done. Their three bedroom house felt more like a five bedroom with all they had amassed. It was an especially challenging move with my dad in poor health and mother having dementia but Lisa handled them and the entire project with such love and grace. Both my parents enjoyed chatting with her- and certainly missed her when the project was finished! Lisa kept things cost effective and went above and beyond with additional asks after I left the state and headed back to my own family. Even today, nearly a year later and she texts to check in on my folks. Can’t recommend her enough- loved her caring, personal, yet efficient approach.

I live in another state and had made several trips, over a 6 week period, to John's Creek trying to move my brother back home with me. I quickly realized that we were in over our heads. Lisa stepped in and saved the day. She made the transition so much easier and accomplished in 3 days what I couldnt in almost 2 month. She was so compassionate and empathetic with my brother, who suffers from advances Parkinsons Disease, and put my mind at ease by the end of the first packing day. Saying that Lisa is a remarkable human being just isn't adequate. Her experience and her dedication to the job that she does shines like a beacon on a dark evening. Don't stress, call Lisa. She will eliminate all of your anxiety.

My family had a unique situation with our 82yo mother. Lisa was recommended by Mark at Cottonwood to get our mother packed up for her move to Magnolia for more skilled care. Our mother has a very long history of being very difficult, demanding,etc. This was a quick move and as soon as I spoke with Lisa I knew she was what we needed. She went over and beyond planning and executing this job. She went to the new place, even after going to different center(my mistake). She went to center in Sugar Hill to check out the room and see size etc. Thankfully we got our mother moved 1 day and Lisa started the next morning. She spent time packing up boxes at her original room. She packed up her own car and traveled to Magnolia and met up with my brother in law who had a means of moving larger things. She helped him get needed things into the room.Thankfully our mother was medicated and quiet. Lisa has communicated with me very frequently to keep me up to date. I could not have picked a better company or person to handle this matter. She has offered to organize the new room and we may need that also. I give her more than a 5 star review. I can imagine that she would be fantastic in any stage of transition, businesses, etc.
