I called because I had questions about a text I received from Geo, and a female by the name LISA answered and was very informative and helpful, she cleared the air about the questions I had, for people needing help ask for LISA. Im not affiliated by no means, but if you want good customer service I'd ask for her.

Really happy with the services provided. After having to return a POD because they couldn't fit in our gate Units Moving and Portable Storage came through for us. The lady that answered the office phone was so kind and helpful and Victor did a great job fitting through our gate placing the unit in our driveway. Victor was on time and kept us updated on his ETA and provided excellent customer service. I highly recommend this unit company for your storage needs. Thank y'all so much!

Needed 2-large units last August due to Landlord having family medical emergency and needing our rental back ASAP so no time to pack properly. Was poor communication at the beginning but Terry smoothed things out and especially impressed w/ Geoffrey who did delivery, placement and pick up. Be patient if busy weekend as sometimes takes 3-5 days for you to get on schedule.
