Thiago and his staff were extremely professional. We paid an $80 deposit to secure our reservation and then the deposit is deducted from your hourly rate. The team is honest and starts a timer from when they arrive and pause when they take breaks. They show you the timer at the end for the hourly rate. What I appreciated most about their crew was their efficiency, coupled with care and concern for your items as if it were their own. First they did all the boxes which they were super fast loading into the truck. Then they wrapped and disassembled anything that needed to be. They removed legs off dressers to prevent them from being broke. They wrapped my sofa carefully, and dismantled my TV from the wall. I had a lot of mirrored furniture and a glass dining room table and they were all in excellent condition. Nothing was broken or missing, everything was as promised. They charge by the hour and offer a discount for cash only. If you are looking for a reasonably priced mover, then this team is for you! My only recommendation if you are seeking to save money is to wrap and disassemble as much as you can before they arrive. However we were okay with them doing it because we wanted someone professional to handle our items! Would highly recommend WeDo Moving for your upcoming move. Again reasonably priced, staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. Your items are treated with care.
