This is my 2nd time using Zip Moving & Storage in the past 2 years. The 1st time was a local move with a couple months of storage. This time around is a long distance move also with a couple months of storage. And the process for both moves was seamless. The crews are always professional, on time and super FAST!! I had an AWESOME experience with Zip Moving! I had a scheduled move to a new location that had stairs. Both my old and new apartment have stairs and unfortunately have no elevator. Both Mario and Joel(apologies if spelled wrong) were positive, attentive and very helpful. Both of my units were on the third floor which involved a lot of labor, however they were very focused and driven at the job. There was a prior job that ran over which pushed back my scheduled moving time but they both made the experience worth the wait as service was exceptional. Would definitely recommend this company and will use again for future moves!
